Built for care.
Engineered for operations.
Clinic OS brings clinical scheduling, authorized calendar connections, operational visibility and intelligent assistance into a unified environment. IRIS supports appointment conversations and coordination while the clinic retains control.

Clinical operations and intelligent assistance.
A software ecosystem designed for healthcare teams, with a dedicated conversational assistant for patient-facing scheduling workflows.
Clinic OS
Scheduling, administration, doctors, appointments, authorized calendars and operational workflows for healthcare organizations.
IRIS
An AI-enabled conversational assistant for appointment requests, reminders and clinic communications, with defined controls and human escalation.
Connected scheduling
Clinical availability checks and appointment actions are coordinated with authorized calendars and the clinic's own scheduling rules.
Calendar access with explicit authorization.
Clinicians connect a Google Calendar account only through a Google authorization flow. Clinic OS uses that connection to check availability and manage appointment-related calendar events as enabled by the clinic.
Permission in use: Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. This is a broad permission that Google describes as allowing an app to view, edit, share and delete accessible calendars. Clinic OS's intended workflow is limited to authorized scheduling operations. The requested Calendar permission is not permission to read a Gmail inbox.
Learn exactly how account information, calendar data, appointment information and optional assistant interactions are handled in our Privacy Policy. Access can be withdrawn through Google account permissions, although disconnecting may interrupt scheduling functions.
Designed with human responsibility in mind.
Role-based workflows
Administrative and clinician experiences are designed around authorized access rather than an unrestricted shared interface.
Appointment safeguards
Availability can change; appointments require final checks and should never be treated as confirmed until the system says so.
Health-data sensitivity
Health information requires appropriate privacy protections and a clinic-specific agreement before real patient data is processed.
