Terms of Use

Scope of product access, intellectual property and appropriate use of Clinic OS and the IRIS assistant.

Last updated: 8 October 2026 • Customer-specific terms are governed by any separately signed agreement

1. Provider and agreement

Clinic OS and IRIS are software products and services offered by Infinity Apps S.A., a company legally incorporated and registered in the Republic of Panama, operating under the Infinity Apps brand. Infinity Apps S.A. is the contracting provider unless a specific executed agreement identifies another authorized contracting party. License scope, service-level commitments, governing law and commercial terms are set out in the applicable written agreement. Contact contact@infinityapps.tech before entering patient data or relying on a live clinical deployment.

2. Ownership, software rights and brand protection

Except for third-party material identified as such, the Clinic OS and IRIS software, source code, product architecture, interfaces, visual materials, text, distinctive product names, designs, documentation and related know-how are owned by Infinity Apps S.A. and/or their respective lawful intellectual-property rights holders, as applicable and subject to documented ownership or license arrangements, and are protected to the extent provided by copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other applicable laws and agreements. Nothing on this website transfers source-code ownership, brand rights or any intellectual property rights to visitors or customers.

The names Infinity Apps, Clinic OS and IRIS, together with their associated branding where used, identify the relevant products and services. No representation is made here that a particular mark has completed trademark registration in any jurisdiction. Google Calendar, Google and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Limited authorization and prohibited conduct

Any trial, demonstration or licensed access is limited to the agreed users, organizations, duration and functionality. Except to the extent expressly allowed by applicable law or a written license, users must not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, modify or reverse engineer protected portions of the Services; bypass technical restrictions; misuse another organization's data; impersonate authorized persons; or use the service for unlawful activities. Unauthorized reproduction of branding, interface material or proprietary content is prohibited.

Where a 15-day demonstration is expressly agreed, its start, expiration, feature access and data restrictions are governed by the actual demo agreement; visiting this website does not activate a trial or create any purchase obligation.

4. Health-related responsibilities

Clinic OS and IRIS support administrative and appointment workflows, not medical diagnosis, clinical decisions or emergency services. Clinics and professionals remain responsible for medical services, oversight, patient notices, appropriate permissions, appointment confirmation and compliance with laws applying to their operations. AI-generated conversation must not be treated as professional medical advice.

Availability responses may be provisional and depend on authorized calendars, connectivity and current scheduling rules. A requested appointment is not confirmed unless the applicable booking workflow returns confirmation.

5. Patient data and confidentiality

Processing real medical information requires an appropriate clinic agreement, confidentiality and data-protection arrangements, authorized system access and any legally required patient notices. Users may not upload unrelated sensitive information or disclose another person's data without lawful authority. Confidential information and trade secrets are protected under written agreements and applicable law.

6. Third-party integrations

Functionality may depend on user-authorized Google Calendar connections, cloud hosting, database services, and optional communications or voice providers. Those providers maintain independent terms and data handling practices. Clinic OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google merely because it offers a Calendar integration. Users must grant appropriate permissions and can revoke Google access through their account settings.

7. Service availability and limits of responsibility

Demonstrations and staging systems are not represented as mature production clinical services. Technical availability, reliability commitments, incident response, support and remedies must be set out in the applicable service agreement. To the extent permitted by governing law, Infinity Apps S.A. disclaims implied warranties not expressly provided in the written agreement and limits liability as specified there; nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides applicable consumer, privacy or patient protections.

8. Termination and effect

Access may end under the applicable demonstration or license agreement. Termination does not grant rights to keep using proprietary software or brand assets and does not extinguish accrued payment, confidentiality or intellectual-property obligations. Data access and deletion requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable clinic agreement.

9. Governing agreements and contact

Where these website terms and an executed customer agreement conflict, the executed agreement governs to the extent legally permitted. The applicable governing law and dispute resolution mechanism must be specified in that agreement; they are not presumed from the location of this website. For licensing, IP permissions or notices, contact contact@infinityapps.tech.
